Supporting Youth and Preparing Them for the Labour Market… A Vision That Continues.

Driven by the vision of Eng. Mahmoud Salah AbouHamer, Chairman of Horizon Group, and his belief in investing in young talent, Horizon Group, through Horizon Academy MENA, was proud to participate in the “Ready for the Future – Ready for Tomorrow” event, organised by El Reyada Association for Development in cooperation with Borg Al Arab Technological University.

During the event, Eng. Mahmoud Salah joined a discussion with students and entrepreneurs, sharing insights on labour market requirements, career development, entrepreneurship, and the skills companies seek in young talent.

This participation reflects a vision that began in 2021 with the launch of Horizon Academy, which has since trained and graduated more than 12,000 trainees across various sectors and specialisations.

The event was held as part of the “Youth Integration and Employment – Ready for Tomorrow” project, in partnership with Plan International Egypt and funded by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
